Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) has stated that the party hasn’t formed any alliance with any political party yet.
According to a press release, PTI will keep contacting the parties that haven’t been a part of ‘MukMuka’ over the last five years.
Commenting on a statement of Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PMLN), PTI Information Secretary Shafqat Mahmood has said that the problem for N league is that it has gone into a paranoid state and sees army hatched conspiracies even in its dreams.
“It is also desperate to cover up its MukMuka with Zardari over the last five years,” he said.
He termed PMLN and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) as two sides of the same coin.
He said that the prospect of parties, other than PMLN & PPP, coming into power is scaring both PMLN and PPP.
Shafqat also reiterated his party position regarding the elections. He said, “Under no circumstance would the party (PTI) tolerate any delay in the election.”
Shafqat Mahmood further said that PTI has not decided on alliance with any party. Media’s rush to conclusion in this regard is without foundation.
“PTI would continue to meet parties outside the parliament and the issue of seat adjustment or an alliance would be decided in due course,” he concluded.
