I slamabad: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chairman Admiral (Retd) Fasih Bokhari says that a mutual team of NAB, FIA, and police has been constituted to investigate the Arsalan Iftikhar Case.
While talking to media Fasih Bokhari said, “The hearing of Arsalan Iftikhar case will be according to law.”
“Director General (DG) NAB Financial Crimes has been appointed the head of this investigation team,” he added.
Fasih Bokhari further told media, “Arsalan Iftikhar sent a notice to NAB which is very much threatful,” adding that, “Arsalan’s notice to NAB is also contempt of court.”
He also said, “The team will investigate all the financial, banking, and business aspects of this case.”
Fasih Bokhari said, “The investigation team of Arsalan Iftikhar Case will also go to Britain,” adding that, “Therefore proceedings can be time consuming.”
It is so dreadful whenever nation is think about justices they have to look forward toward the independent judiciary but this case bring so many question, first to determined judiciary is independent or not, analyst view not. Specially in Arslan Iftikhar if anybody give close look to this case, you can come up the conclusion it is fixed case, like memo-gate, but this time instead of H.Haqquani, Arslan Iftikhar is the victim of powerful hidden hand forces on top of that no one have courage to point out nor media or civilise society. Another question rose was who is involved or behind this scandalous serious case. However it was more mysterious, the duration of blackmailing was running last 3to4 years. Nobody knows about it. Nobody think about that Arslan Iftikhar father know thing going wrong, at least he have the knowledge how his son getting richer then richer. It could assume that father think son is doing good business, and he did not interfere in his son dealing, it is very innocuous analytic view, otherwise within family especially between father and son it is very hard to hide things. Now come to the point how arranged the blackmailing process, however it was possible our agencies find out about memo, that was written in America through the Mansoor Ijaz, but they failed to find things which are happened in country and know nothing, up till Mliak Riaz press conference. The public reaction was obvious, they assumed the Government might want to defame the Chief Justices, because Government facing Supreme Court on so many issues.
Therefore hidden hand forces are intellectually or successfully stay behind nobody notices their activities now they got the chip against Chief Justices and they already put the government down on the other issues like NRO, Memo-gate, etc…There are the tactic to show public democratic representative’s or judiciary are incompetent and corrupted, it mean this all system need to go, they think might people welcome them after this useless 3 or 4years process of the public rules.
