Talat bhai you are right. how the speaker can dismember his party’s own member. No person can be judge of his own cause. As her decision effects her party’s own member, it can be declared null and void on the sole ground that it was decided by the partial member (who can’t go against his/her party’s policy). this whole law which empowers the speaker to give verdict in favor or against of his /her party’s member is at stake now. Supreme court can declare it null and void on this sole ground and I expect from supreme court to take its notice and this whole law must be heard whether its contradictory to the basic constitutional principle that every person must have fair opportunity to be tried fairly and without any partiality.
A single person…won from one constituency…. haw can she determine the fate of the whole nation……??? Even when the Courts are there….?? And if courts and public admit her decision….then we deserve worse then this…!!!

This is strange now this government is proving itself the most corrupt government in the history of Pakistan.
Is there not any one left who can defend against corrupt people.
If now if we talk about Marshal-law how remove these corrupt people … tomorrow these politician will start to define that general who has sin to removed the democratic government and implied marshal law.
Now its difficult for me to understand what is difference between marshal-law and democratic government…

Now for her decision i thnk all ths is under the constitution thr z no any single word tht negates t. So all those respectable readers b patient ths is democracy people have given the allied govt a mandate of 5 years and if it is bad they vl suffer and throw them out of the window in the comming election and then let the people decide who they want for the next 5 years. It should not be by the will of so called biased media and courts and two brothers from punjab whose own past is also not that much bright..

Democracy in present days, is not the rule of majority. Its the rule of minority….. That minority which vote for these people…..how much people go to cast a vote…? 40%….50%…..or 70%….? And the remaining……??? Surely we are tolerating these people..and waiting to throw them out of the window…!!

Sir PM got a symbolic sentence of 30 sec… he is convicted its written on the face of every PPP guy. If a system give you right to stay in the parliment for 5 years even if you are convicted specially being a head of the state then I honestly don’t give shit to any such system I’d rather hope and prefer pk army, UN or even India to take control. at least they can run the system. get your dysfunctional ass out of here!

SC shouldn’t prolong this case hearing and decision should be cleared from all the perspective.
PPP will carry on doing what their leader Mr Zardari had been doing for the 10 years that he spent in jail, and that is “Keep on delaying proceedings and finding ways to prove judgments wrong”. I call it playing with words Talat.
When Gillani was being tried, PPP’s stance was that he shouldn’t resign because “Pakistani morality” states that no one should resign until proven guilty. Now that he has been proven guilty, they have started finding ways to confuse the whole matter.
When Britain was going to war with Iraq, the issue was USA was going to war on it’s own and not with the consent of UNO. Now the issue arose if it was legal to go to war? The then prime minister (Tony Blair) didn’t use his “Swabdeedi Ikhtiyar” but consulted Apex court to elaborate on the matter. Only when the court gave their opinion did Britain went to war.
It happens all over the world. If Mr Gillani thought that by acting on SC’s order he would be doing something drastically wrong with the constitution, he could’ve asked SC for their opinion on the matter. If he didn’t want to waste a sheet of paper while writing a letter, he could’ve asked him at the dinner that he disrupted during one of the crisis that I can not remember.
In Britain, rulers tremble even thinking of using their discretion. They know that it is always used to justify unjustifiable.
