I slamabad: The Supreme Court commission probing into memogate scandal is going to cross-examine Mansoor Ijaz testimony today.
The body, headed by Chief Justice Balochistan High Court Qazi Faiz Esa, will meet at 2pm in Islamabad High Court building. The central figure in the memo scandal, Mansoor Ijaz, will appear before the commission via video link from Pakistan High Commission in London. Officials said petitioners’ lawyers would cross-examine Ijaz over his testimony before the commission . The commission has accepted plea of Hussain Haqqani’s lawyer, Zahid Bukhari, to cross examine Ijaz by March 12.
Memo commission secretary will be present in London along with Mansoor Ijaz.
